The building permit file is ready to be deposited in town hall. It contains: PCMI1: site plan, PCMI2: ground plan, PCMI3: section plan, PCMI4: landscape notice, PCMI5: façade plan, PCMI6: landscape insertion, PCMI7: close-up photo, PCMI8: distant photo + plans complete: surface table, SHOB / SHON calculation, dimensioned plan view, facades, principle cuts. How to make a building permit online?

It is very simple. Just make an online quote and send it back to us signed with your sketches, field photos and regulations. After validation of your file, you will have access to a personal space on our site where you will be able to define your architectural choices. From your information we will develop a preliminary draft of your house. You will be able to track and download your house plans directly to your customer area. Once we have validated your plan together, we will complete your building permit file and send it to you by post.

If you live in Midi-Pyrénées, we suggest you visit a technician on your land for a more personalized advice. The online service, it is more economical and allows to order, modify or create house plans, and to achieve a building permit throughout France at a lower cost.

This option is only available in the case of building permits in Toulouse and the Midi-Pyrénées region.
