REPUBLIK T4 house: Contemporary two-storey house with 3 bedrooms.

This house is a T4 variant of the OPTIMIST model (T5).
We only removed the parental suite on the ground floor, in order to limit the footprint of this house.
On the ground floor, you enter through a hall equipped with a cupboard on the right and a toilet under the stairs on the right.
The kitchen has been positioned between the entrance and the garage on the north facade.
The living room and the dining room benefit from an exposure to the SOUTH, allowing access to the outdoor terrace.
A pergola was created before the living room window in the recess of the terrace.
A "decorative" staircase provides access to the first floor.

On the last level, a hallway distributes the 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom (bath, double sink, shower).

The volumes of this contemporary house are cubic. The roofs are slab floors constituting inaccessible roof terrace.
Good sealing is necessary.
