We designed this contemporary villa with clean lines and simple volume.
Very suitable for an urban or peri-urban environment, this house will be bright, functional and very comfortable.
Large openings were placed in the glass room and the bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you enter this villa through a voluntarily spacious entrance hall, with a wc + cloakroom on your left.

In front of you, you face the large picture window of 10m overlooking your garden, the terrace and the swimming pool.
The kitchen is positioned to the east with an attached pantry.

The garage is integrated into the house and has a surface of 20m².

A staircase gives access to the first floor from the entrance hall.
Arriving on the 1st level, you will see a landing that distributes the three bedrooms, a toilet and bathroom area and an office area.
The three upstairs bedrooms have an opening communicating with the balcony to the south.
The roof overhang to the south will protect both the bay window in the living room and also the bedroom openings.

The office space also has a bay window that can communicate with an accessible terrace above the garage (optional).
