A superb pool in the heart of a spacious traditional villa.

Its footprint is approximately 24m by 24m.

It is composed as follows: the day corner, two bedrooms and an office on the ground floor, the master suite upstairs and outdoor terraces, surrounding the pool on three sides.

The living areas are lit by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the pool. The dining room is large (20m²), close to the kitchen and a bar area quite central to the house.

Under the floor, the living room of 30m ² and its spiral staircase to access the parental suite of the floor.

Some vertical frames on the north facade make it possible to distribute the light in the room.

Very practical, a long storeroom close to the kitchen could possibly be used as a laundry room.

A functional office completes this day part on the ground floor.

Two children's rooms are located in the opposite wing, each with a window door overlooking the pool and even a private porch.

A very comfortable bathroom is accessible for both rooms from the corridor. It is equipped with a bath, a walk-in shower, two basins and a closet.

Two toilets are provided on the ground floor, to avoid the "kilometers" in the emergency!

The parental suite on the floor is impressive!

the bed is turned towards the bay window, allowing to enjoy the view of the pool. You will appreciate its dressing room and its bathroom with a decor in glass pavers.
