The villa DELTA has been designed by our designers, engineers and technicians in our design office.

This contemporary house is very compact and very glazed with clean, modern architectural lines.

Each facade has been carefully designed to give hidden from all angles.

On the ground floor you will find:

An entrance porch and a lobby very bright and spacious, a kitchen open to a bar, a living room articulated around a central fireplace masonry.

A suite is located in the West, equipped with a very large dressing room and a bathroom.

An office area has been planned near the room.

Each room will be bathed in sunlight.

Upstairs, you go up the stairs to a mezzanine, then you circulate around the stairwell to go to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet upstairs.

We planned a garage and a carport creating a rectilinear volume on the North part.
